First March of Indigenous Women in Brazil

For the first time, thousands of Indigenous women joined in Brasilia in the march “Territory: our body, our spirit”, to ask for the respect of their rights as Indigenous women.

Ecuadorian female leaders also participated in this March and returned inspired and strengthened to continue their fight in defense of the Amazon.
