Use of Medicinal Plants and Traditional Knowledge in Primary Healthcare

The first meeting of the thematic cycle on Strategies to fight COVID-19 took place on September 17, 2020, focusing on the Use of Medicinal Plants and Traditional Knowledge in Primary Healthcare.

The meeting included the presentation of the Comando Matico case in Peru, presented by Jorge Soria, Leader of the Shipibo People and Coordinator of Comando Matico; and the Siekopai Case, in Ecuador, presented by Justino Piaguague, President of the Great Siekopai Nation.
